The IMO-Vega Database, developed by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and DNV AS, puts all the necessary information on safety and pollution prevention requirements applicable to ships at your fingertips.
In this release, inter alia the MSC 105 adopted amendments to the following Convention; SOLAS II-1, III, IV, V and Forms (88P and 74), Mandatory Codes; HSC 94, HSC 2000, IMSBC; IMDG (Amendment 41-22), Other Codes; SPS 1983, SPS 2008, MODU 79, MODU 89, MODU 2009. Further new versions of performance standards on GMDSS were adopted, and the IAMSAR Manual was renewed.
MEPC 78 adopted inter alia amendments to the following Convention; MARPOL I and II, Mandatory Code; IBC. Further new versions of guidelines for the EEXI, CII and SEEMP were adopted.
Further MLC 2006 was amended by the International Labour Conference at its 110th session, June 2022, and the FAL Convention was amended by the Facilitation Committee at its 46th session, May 2022.
Further the specifications of retroactive requirements have been extended in the head field, when relevant.
